Mike Shreve was a kundalini yoga who studied directly under the Yogi Bhajan–the pioneer of kundalini yoga. Mike shared how true yoga differs from the secularized version that the West has adopted, and how gurus have intentionally watered down the reality of yoga in order to make it more appealing to westerners.
